What brokers on our insurance panel are seeing.
These figures come from our live insurance panel across commercial, life and protection, private medical and landlord cover. They are updated monthly and they define the bar we hold every campaign to.
What's in every lead.
Every insurance lead carries the same eight core data points, so your team knows exactly what they are picking up before they dial. Each class of business adds its own qualifying fields on top.

The protection gap is documented, and brokers are winning share.
This is not our claim. The FCA's Financial Lives 2024 survey found that large numbers of UK adults hold no life cover, no critical illness cover and no income protection at all, despite having dependants or a mortgage. Under-insurance is the norm, not the exception, and that gap only closes when someone speaks to a broker.
On the commercial side, the FCA's own market data shows brokers continue to place the majority of UK commercial insurance premium, because SMEs need cover explained rather than a price comparison table. The enquiry is where that relationship starts, and the firm that answers first almost always keeps it.
And speed matters. Harvard Business Review's audit of 2,241 firms found an average lead response time of 42 hours, with nearly a quarter of companies never responding at all. Firms that made contact within the first hour were around seven times more likely to qualify the lead. It is why every Lead Supplier enquiry is in your CRM in under 60 seconds, not a weekly spreadsheet.

Four classes. Each with its own criteria.
The fields we capture and the filters we apply change by class of business, because a commercial combined enquiry and an income protection enquiry are qualified in completely different ways.
Commercial & business insurance
SMEs and trades needing liability, property, fleet or package cover. Screened on trade, turnover, employee count and renewal date.
Life & protection
Life cover, critical illness and income protection enquiries. Screened on age, cover amount, smoker status and existing policies.
Private medical insurance
Individual, family and SME group PMI enquiries. Screened on number of lives, budget and whether cover is new or switching.
Landlord & property
Landlords and property owners insuring single lets, portfolios and blocks. Screened on property count, rebuild value and tenant type.
Built for a regulated industry.
- Every enquiry is captured on our own landing pages with explicit, recorded GDPR and PECR marketing consent. We never buy data lists and we never cold-call on your behalf.
- Lead Supplier is a marketing business, not an insurance intermediary. We are not FCA-regulated, we do not advise on or arrange cover, and we never contact the enquirer after the handover. The client relationship is entirely yours.
- Enquiries are framed to support Consumer Duty outcomes: clear wording on the landing page, no incentivised form fills and no misleading price promises before you speak to the client.
- Wrong numbers, duplicates and off-criteria leads flagged within 72 hours are replaced free of charge.
We're not for everyone.
If you want to buy a spreadsheet of ten thousand names and dialler your way through it, we are the wrong supplier. If you want to share leads with three other firms and win on price alone, we are the wrong supplier. If you cannot call an enquiry back within the hour, the economics will not work for you.
If you are a regulated broker who answers the phone, captures the risk properly and wants a predictable flow of opted-in clients asking for cover, that is exactly who we build for.
