Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 October 2026. This policy explains how Lead Supplier handles personal data on lead-supplier.com and in the Lead Supplier CRM at crm.lead-supplier.com.
Who we are
Lead Supplier Ltd ("Lead Supplier", "we", "us") is the data controller for this website and the Lead Supplier CRM. Registered office: 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland. ICO registration reference: ZC253465. Contact: Kyle@lead-supplier.com.
Data we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our forms: name, business name, email, phone, revenue, funding amount and time trading.
- Account details for CRM users: name, email address and login information.
- Technical data such as page URL, referrer, browser type and advertising click identifiers.
- Google user data, only when a CRM user chooses to connect Google Calendar (see below).
Google user data and Google Calendar
CRM users can connect their Google account so bookings made through their Lead Supplier booking links are checked against, and added to, their own Google Calendar. When you connect, we request these permissions:
- Email address (userinfo.email): to show which Google account is connected.
- Read calendars (calendar.readonly): to list your calendars so you can pick which one is used for bookings, and to read busy times so we only offer free slots.
- Manage events (calendar.events): to create, update or cancel the appointment events booked through your Lead Supplier booking links.
We use this data only to provide the calendar sync and booking features you have switched on. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the feature, to comply with law, or with your consent. No person at Lead Supplier reads your calendar data unless you ask us to for support, it is required for security, or the law requires it.
Lead Supplier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google access tokens are stored encrypted and only used by our servers. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations tab in the CRM, or from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored tokens and stop accessing your calendar.
How we use data
- To match business enquiries to one broker and deliver the lead.
- To run the CRM, booking links and calendar sync for our users.
- To contact you about your enquiry or account.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
Our legal bases under UK and EU GDPR are your consent, performance of a contract and our legitimate interests. Marketing contact follows PECR.
Sharing
Enquiry data is shared with the single brokerage your enquiry is matched to. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and analytics, bound by data processing terms. We never resell or share lead data with multiple buyers.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to authorised staff.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing Kyle@lead-supplier.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Changes
We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a new date.
