Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026. These terms apply to the Lead Supplier website at lead-supplier.com and the Lead Supplier CRM at crm.lead-supplier.com.

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Lead Supplier Ltd ("Lead Supplier", "we", "us"). Registered office: 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland. Contact: Kyle@lead-supplier.com.

What we do

Lead Supplier generates business finance enquiries and delivers them to commercial finance brokers on a pay-per-lead basis. We provide the Lead Supplier CRM for managing leads, booking links and client communication. We are a marketing company, not a lender, credit broker or regulated financial intermediary, and we do not give financial advice.

Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it or the CRM. Content on this site is for information only and does not constitute financial, legal or regulatory advice.

Lead supply

  • Leads are exclusive: each enquiry is matched to one broker at a time and is not resold to multiple buyers.
  • Leads are delivered to the agreed channels, such as the CRM, email or webhook, in real time where possible.
  • If a lead is flagged as invalid within the agreed window, we will replace it free of charge in line with our published policy.
  • Lead volume, pricing, payment terms and any minimum commitments are set out in your separate service agreement or order form with us. These terms do not replace that agreement.

The Lead Supplier CRM and booking tools

CRM accounts are provided to firms we work with. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must only use the CRM for lawful business purposes, and you must handle the personal data inside it in line with data protection law.

If you connect your Google account so bookings are checked against and added to your Google Calendar, that access is governed by our privacy policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements.

Enquiries submitted through our forms

When a business owner submits an enquiry, it is matched to one brokerage and shared with that brokerage so they can respond. By submitting an enquiry you agree to be contacted by us and by the matched brokerage about your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry data to multiple firms.

Payments

Leads and CRM access are charged as agreed in your service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause delivery while overdue amounts remain unpaid.

Our responsibilities and limits

We work hard to deliver high quality, exclusive leads, but we cannot guarantee any particular number of leads, conversion rate or funding outcome, since those depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the CRM if an account is used unlawfully, breaches these terms or our service agreement, or harms other users or our systems. Either party can end the service relationship as set out in the service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Nothing in them affects your mandatory consumer or statutory rights.

Changes

We will post any updates to these terms on this page with a new date.
